Role Summary:

We're looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation, outreach, and client acquisition across recruitment, staff augmentation, and training verticals. You will identify prospects, build strategic relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo.io, email outreach, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting tech startups, SMEs, HR heads, and training departments.
  • Present our recruitment and training offerings to decision-makers via calls, emails, and virtual demos.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters and trainers to deliver client expectations.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions, deals, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new partnership opportunities (e.g., universities, bootcamps).
  • Assist in proposal writing, agreements, and client onboarding processes.
