British Pride Bakery is an OMAFRA registered, Diamond award winning business and has been growing since its opening in 2010. The bakery continually adapts with the economy and demand of the customer. We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow specific recipes to create different types of baked goods.

• Mix, knead, and shape dough to create various types of bread, rolls, and other baked products.

• Operate ovens to bake products at the correct temperatures and times. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Keep workstations clean and organized

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years experience as a Baker is required

• Demonstrated pastry making skills

• Available to start work at 5am. Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Will be needing to lift 20kg(44lb) bags of flour, sugar etc.

Salary: $18.50 per hour

Bonus: Performance bonus of up to 15% of the annual salary at the employer's discretion.

Job Type: Full-time permanent, minimum of 38 hours per week.

Language: At least intermediate English is required.
