Concrete Finisher / General Labourer

Clearwater Structures Inc. and its affiliated companies are the industry leader in heavy civil construction specializing in bridge construction and rehabilitation. Looking for Concrete Finishers and General Labourers to join project crews in our East and West Ontario regions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Erect and dismantle forms, panels, scaffolding, ramps, shoring, and barricades required at construction sites

• Building and setting up formwork/Strip forms

• Pour, vibrate, finish concrete

• Work with a variety of hand tools, power tools and equipment used in concrete construction.

• Keep tools, equipment, and jobsite clean and maintained

• Follow safety protocols at all times, maintaining personal and workplace safety

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in bridge and road work construction required

• Ability to handle physically demanding work such as lifting and carrying 50+ lbs, standing, walking, digging, bending, etc

• Full G license or equivalent with a clean drivers abstract is an asset

• Committed to maintaining safety requirements and standards

Salary: $40.00-45.00 / hour 

Job Type:  Full time permanent

Language: At least intermediate English is required.
