About the Role:We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Portuguese to provide exceptional service for a popular Betting App. This role offers rotating shifts, with night shifts compensated according to Portuguese labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist users with inquiries about the app via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Portuguese (C1 or higher) and English.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
