Our client, an established pharmaceutical company in Swiss Romande, is looking for its future Quality Assurance Director. Following an internal promotion, this opportunity opens for an experienced leader ready to drive quality strategy at the highest level.

The context

Recognized pharmaceutical production site, demanding GMP environment, international certifications. Quality leadership is a strategic pillar with a seat on the Executive Committee. Major regulatory inspections are to be prepared in the coming months.

Your role

Define and drive the site's quality strategy

Lead relationships with health authorities (Swissmedic, FDA, EMA)

Manage and develop the Quality Assurance team

Sit on the Executive Committee and influence strategic directions

Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement

Your profile

Advanced degree in sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering). Minimum 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, including significant team management experience. Proven track record in major regulatory inspections. Natural leadership, ability to influence and drive change. Fluent French and English required.

A plus: Experience in sterile or injectable products. Knowledge of the Swiss industrial landscape.
