Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, evidence-based, and compassionate nursing care to patients in hospitals, clinics, or care facilities.
- Monitor, assess, and record patient health status and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-hospital care, and health promotion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with legal and ethical requirements.
- Adhere to infection prevention, health, and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A valid Nursing qualification (Diploma, BSc Nursing, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work in an international healthcare environment.
- Police clearance certificate and medical fitness report.
Germany
- Formal recognition of qualifications (Anerkennung) from the relevant German state authority.
- Minimum B2-level German language proficiency (Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD certification).
- Knowledge of German medical terminology preferred.
- EU Blue Card or work visa (employer-sponsored).
