Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, evidence-based, and compassionate nursing care to patients in hospitals, clinics, or care facilities.
  • Monitor, assess, and record patient health status and progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-hospital care, and health promotion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with legal and ethical requirements.
  • Adhere to infection prevention, health, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A valid Nursing qualification (Diploma, BSc Nursing, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in an international healthcare environment.
  • Police clearance certificate and medical fitness report.

Germany

  • Formal recognition of qualifications (Anerkennung) from the relevant German state authority.
  • Minimum B2-level German language proficiency (Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD certification).
  • Knowledge of German medical terminology preferred.
  • EU Blue Card or work visa (employer-sponsored).
