Responsibilities

  • Implement various sourcing strategies to boost applications and make sure staffing needs are being met in different departments
  • Liaise with hiring managers on requirements and selection criteria
  • Create clear job descriptions and publish job ads on portals
  • Shortlist qualified candidates for a wide range of roles through various selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assess and create a great candidate experience
  • Train and advise hiring managers on evaluation techniques and methods
  • Track and build an active pipeline of potential applicants for future vacancies
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events for networking opportunities with potential candidates
  • Track hiring metrics including average time to hire, source of hire, etc for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar role
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles 
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github, and Stack Overflow
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
