About the job Business Development Associate
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Collaborating with company executives and engineering team to determine the most viable approach to pursue new business opportunities
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration on Asana
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Arranging meetings for senior management with prospective clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
