An leading MNC telco is looking for multiple Pre-Sales Consultant for their respective teams (network / cloud / infra / ICT) deal to expansion. More experienced candidates would be considered for the role of team lead. Your application for exploring the opportunities is highly appreciated.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the pre-sales of respective products: - network / cloud / infra / (ICT including Cloud Computing, CDN, Data Centre, Managed Security, VoIP, IP/ SDH/ Metro Ethernet/ MPLS WAN)
  • Propose solutions to enterprise or carrier sales to cope with customer needs
  • Participant in the whole pre-sales cycle, including customer meeting, user requirement study, design, presentation, demonstration, proposal and the RFP/bidding phases
  • Work closely with Product Managers to differentiate the company solutions
  • Assist in product marketing of technical designs
  • Coordinate and provide solution related training to Sales Department throughout the globe
  • Manage the BSS and CRM system operations to ensure smooth data transactions throughout the pre-sales stage

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Studies, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with both technical and non-technical users
  • Effective communications with a large user base of various levels of IT knowledge
  • Good analytic, problem solving, and presentation skills
  • Good English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • More experienced candidates would be considered for the role of team lead
