A rapid growing FinTech company is expanding its presence to APAC. To cope with the expansion, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who has the regional experience to join them.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan employee referral programs
  • Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
  • perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
  • Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
  • Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
  • Create and present KPI reports

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Over 5 years of experience in TA or a similar position in the FinTech sector
  • Having a recruitment agency background is advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Strong communication (oral and written in English), social and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural organization, and deliver a good employee experience
  • Enjoy working in a start-up working environment
