Account Service Manager (IT&T)

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Service Manager to join them. As an Account Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key telecom clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
• Understand client needs and objectives, and work with internal teams to ensure these are met
• Develop account plans and strategies to drive growth and retention
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Prepare regular reports on account status, including revenue forecasts and client feedback
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to provide insights and recommendations to clients

Requirements:

• Diploma or above qualification 
• Proven experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the IT& T sector 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of IT&T products and services is a plus
