Job Description

Our client is an international listed advanced tech. firm, operating all over the world. Currently looking for a passionate Asst. HR Manager to join and grow the O&D team in HK, and assist exciting projects and provide recommendations for China units. Who will be fully responsible to directly reporting to the HR head of the Development & Organization team in Hong Kong, assisting in all the O&D respective functions to meet the headquarter strategic business objectives and support business growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to HR team head and being the AHRM assisting the head offices HR organization & development, included operation and project if needed
  • Strategic support to the HR team and the business units towards corporate organization, operational models & change management, also talent strategy & development etc.

Corporate organizational:

  • Corporate strategic input on the organization development, mission, values, and vision
  • Fully responsible to support head offices strategies through to execution, help to shape and enable to operate more efficiently and effectively their strategic outcomes
  • Assist the headquarter businesses on their organizational reports, relevant surveys and analysis the projects implementation effectiveness of the results, induction and follow up
  • Handling the corporate policies, statement, internal guidelines, company plan & reports, procedures, and documents

Operational models & Change management:

  • Develop best HR practices, functions, and improvement, included global standardization, compliance design and management, org charts & structural management, employees job functions, workload, workflow, process or change management if needed
  • Enhance organizations experiences to ensure a successful and lasting transformation for employees and deliver sustainable results
  • Heads to provide professional advice, use market survey analysis/ report and make value recommendation, ensure HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Identify, plan, and outline the actions needed to implement that HR strategy in the respective to HK, China region (majority), and global market related to its HR programs and projects, such as employee relations, global graduate trainee development, top management programs, matrix skills training within the organization

Talent strategy & development:

  • Empower BU leaders/ management levels, process optimization in people & talent teams across the people strategies, build good company culture, employee loyalty, and to help team heads to right-size and upskill their team and support the wider workforce
  • Assist the employees performance evaluation, job promotion & career path. Identify the critical skills for success for businesses, how they acquire and upskill employees of working, incentive scheme, rewarding programs, related surveys and ensure the employees benefits are competitive in the market.
  • Promote company core competencies and strengthen colleagues cognition and ongoing support to different core values teams and staff activities
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects if needed

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in HR or business-related
  • Minimum 5 years of all-rounded experience in HR / C&B / Organization and development
  • Less working experience will be considered as Senior Officer
  • Good skills in planning, organizing & execution
  • Well versed in labor ordinance and other related legislation is a plus, or worked in sizeable organization, IT industries (IT, R&D, System, Electrics, or Telecom) is preferred
  • Detail-oriented, mature, flexible, self-driven and able to solve problems in logical and practical approach
  • Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
  • MUST good in oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
