Sales Executive (Biotechnology)

Our client is a cord blood banking services company. With the expansion of their business, they are looking for a few Sales Executives to join them.  

Responsibilities: 

• Promoting the cord blood and placenta banking services of the company to potential customers. 
• Follow up on warm leads provided to you for sales conversion opportunities and maintain a healthy relationship with clinics, doctors, and new prospective customers. 
• Participation in the company's events and talks is mandatory. 
• Responsible for providing efficient after-sales services to customers. 
• As a responsible member of our dynamic team, you must also perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• High diploma or above, preferably with basic knowledge of biology. 
• A minimum of 2 years of B2C sales experience in the medical field 
• Self-starter, customer-focused, business and result-oriented, and a team player. 
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal sales skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with the ability to understand both internal and external customer needs.
