Our Client is a leading, sizable textile and apparel group who operates across the globe, with established supply chain from raw material research, manufacturing to retailing.

HR Manager/Senior Mgr, HRBP (HKD600-800K)


  • As a senior HR member, based in HK reporting to HR Director, to support Group and Local team to develop and implement best practices in HR, training, and people & talent development
  • As an individual contributor to work closely and independently with regional HR and country business leaders to understand their needs and come up with viable solutions
  • Lead the design and execution of HR initiatives including but not limited to training, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational development, and recruitment
  • As a trusted business partner to contact with different business leaders and be able to inspire, motivate and influence the business partners
  • Develop and deliver effective training, talent plans and development opportunities
  • Develop communications plans and content to drive employee engagement
  • Expected occasional travel, mainly to China when borders resume


  • Degree holder in Business, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Min 5 yrs of experience, preferably in HR, Training, Communications, or Marketing
  • Experience in MNC or multi-cultural environments preferred
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, and proficiency in both Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Skills in RPA, PowerBI, Graphic Design and Video Editing Software is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Able to manage senior leaders with strong business sense
  • Strategic thinking and data analytical
  • More experience would be considered for the Senior Manager role
