Our client is one of the leading IT companies in the market, operating all over the world. Currently looking for an HR C&B professional to join its team of expanding business

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Compensation & Benefits for daily benefit operation and administration
  • Implementing different rewards/ incentive initiatives across the business, from initiate, enhance and implement innovative C&B components to local & global regional offices
  • Revamp and implement compensation and benefits programs, NOT limited to global payroll, but from industry analysis, salary review, benchmark, benefits entitlement, manpower budget, bonus calculation, and schemes review etc, to ensure business units members in competitiveness of the industry, aligning with companys business strategies, HR policies & procedures to all offices in various countries
  • Closely working with different departments leaders to identify, advices, and provide recommendation on total rewards, employee welfare and other HR aspects
  • Assist with the data analysis and prepare periodical reports including incentive and bonus program, benefits and market data analysis for management review
  • Assist in HR annual process such as salary review, performance management, Bench-marking, staff cost budgeting and allocation of employee benefits for HK & overseas offices
  • Review and evaluate C&B work processes, procedures, guidelines and standards for operational efficiency and compliance with relevant controls and regulations, to ensure with high competitiveness in the market
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects if needed

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in HR or business-related
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources and C&B focus, at least 2 years of experience towards global C&B experience
  • Strong at Excel, ppt, analytics and HR internal reporting
  • Good skills in planning, organizing & execution
  • Well versed in labor ordinance and other related legislation is a plus, or worked in sizeable organization, IT industries (IT, R&D, System, Electrics, or Telecom) is preferred
  • Detail-oriented, mature, flexible, self-driven and able to solve problems in logical and practical approach
  • MUST good in oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
