Account Manager (ICT)

Our client is seeking an Account Manager to join our team and help us expand our business.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing them with exceptional customer service
• Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients through market research and networking
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
• Provide regular reports and updates on account activities and sales performance to senior management
  

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in the ICT industry
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
