Relationship Manager (Leading Retail Bank)

A leading bank is now looking for experienced Relationship Managers to join them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with individual and business clients, providing personalized banking solutions, and promoting the bank's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Understand customers' financial needs and goals and provide appropriate banking solutions

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issue resolution, and account maintenance

• Promote and sell a range of banking products and services to meet customer needs

• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with other bank departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder

• Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations

• Fulfilment of the competency requirements to carry out relevant regulated activities as defined under the Securities and

  Futures Ordinance

• Minimum 1 year of experience in direct selling investment or life insurance at banks 

• Strong proficiency in written and verbal Cantonese and English

• Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
