Procurement Manager

Our client, a leading ICT firm, is now looking for a Procurement Manager to join them. This role requires someone who has experience in IT procurement, especially Cloud products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Ascertain strategic sourcing opportunities
• Lead cross-divisional teams, including preparing strategies, procurement plans, requests for proposals, and performing analysis of proposals and supplier capabilities
• Develop and negotiate or renegotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers
• Lead development and implementation of annual supplier management plans
• Direct supplier performance management programs
• Create and deploy enterprise-wide metrics and tools to optimise sourcing and supplier activities
• Ensure ongoing development of professional expertise to remain aware of telecommunication solutions and services in the market
• Lead multiple procurement projects simultaneously to achieve annual corporate savings targets
• Serve as a point of contact, across the global organisations, for guidance on IT Procurement on telecom, cloud, security, hardware, software, and related services sourcing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years or above related working experience in IT or Telecommunications sector
• Knowledge of international trading, sourcing and vendor management
• Excellent in negotiation and networking
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and process knowledge
• Familiar with MS Office software
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing, Cantonese and Mandarin
