Regional Asst. Marketing Manager/ Manager (EU & US Beauty) station in HK/ SG

Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Assistant Marketing Manager / Manager to join the team in the Hong Kong or Singapore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the beauty brands in the Asia-Pacific markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for teams of both Asian and Global beauty brands in APAC markets 
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion that align with headquarters (EU) direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events (e.g.: Digital marketing, print, social media, e-commerce, PR & events/ shows etc.)
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including global brand partners, regional agencies, KOL, distributors, global/ local sales & marketing teams, etc.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on all marketing initiatives
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and progress,
• Conduct meetings with global marketing teams on regular base; work closely with the regional sales & marketing teams to develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty/ FMCG/ luxury industry
• Knowledge and understanding of the Asia-Pacific market, with SEA experience, is a plus (Taiwan, Singapore, Malay, Thailand, etc...) but not necessary
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Willing to attend virtual meetings at HK night (New York / Germany) if needed
• Details minded. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English & Chinese (including written) proficiency in other European languages is a plus
• The candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
