Our client is a global company. They are now seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager with a strong focus on C&B to lead the HR team. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the HR operations and activities of the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the C&B strategies and policies
  • Ensure that the C&B operations comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Responsible for managing the C&B budget
  • Provide guidance and support to the HR team and other departments on C&B related issues
  • Conduct regular C&B audits and reviews, also be responsible for conducting C&B surveys and analyzing the results
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and other stakeholders
  • Supervise and manage different HR teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in C&B
  • Must have strong experience in leading a large HR team/teams
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Putonghua and English
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Native putonghua speaker and fluency in English and Cantonese
  • If the qualified candidate with more experience will be entitled to HR Director
