Marketing Executive (EU & US beauty brands) - for China market

Our client is a leading multinational company specializing in the personal care distribution and marketing of beauty in the European, American, and APAC markets. With a strong presence in the industry for over 75 years,

Now, it is seeking a results-driven and creative marketer with a passion for the beauty industry of China to join the team and support growing businesses towards the cross-boarder China social media and distribution channels.

You will be responsible implementing marketing strategies to promote a portfolio of top beauty brands to increase higher brand awareness and establish as trusted and reliable partners. Also, work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for various marketing platforms, including channels of WeChat, Weibo, Tmall, Little Red Book, Shopify, KOLs, website etc.
• Localization the designs, copy writing, artworks, and videos to fits and enable to become more eye-catchy in Asian markets following by compliance
• Manage brand content. Utilize WeChat, Little Red Book, Shopify, Baidu, Photoshop, AI and other tools for marketing activities
  
• Provide support for events and coordinate with agencies/ influencers for advertisement purposes
• Knowledge of driving organic traffic is highly desirable
  

Requirements:

• Degree holders in marketing, communication or relevant discipline
• 2 years working experience in marketing field, related to beauty, fashion, luxury, or FMCG is an advantage
• Familiar and have knowledge of ecommerce in China market (such as WeChat, Little Red Book, Tmall,  Baidu, Shopify, or other marketing platforms)
• Strong communication, writing and coordination skills
• Flexibility to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Immediate available is highly preferred
