We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a large-scale cloud supply chain team with financial and budget management. This professional will take ownership of executive office budget oversight while also providing business support across related supply chain groups. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates high attention to detail, and brings strong budget management expertise.

This is a fully remote role based in the United States, with collaboration across time zones and alignment to standard Pacific Time business hours. The anticipated salary range is $68,800 -- $90,300 annually. This position is eligible for full benefits, and the anticipated duration is through June 2026, with the possibility of extension.

About the Opportunity
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving budget execution and process compliance for a team supporting a significant and highly impactful cloud supply chain. This role will focus on budget forecasting, quarterly variance analysis, and financial tracking, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Day-to-day, the Business Analyst 3 will operate independently with strong ownership of deliverables, supported by a daily stand-up meeting with leadership. The role requires both deep analytical work and proactive engagement with stakeholders, including finance, procurement, and cross-functional supply chain partners.

Candidates who succeed in this role will bring both technical financial skills and the interpersonal ability to ask tough questions, resolve issues, and ensure accurate and timely budget execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end budget management for the central executive office team.

  • Provide ad hoc business and financial support across supply chain teams.

  • Partner with finance teams on quarterly forecasting and variance analysis.

  • Establish and document business processes, ensure compliance, and maintain budget accuracy.

  • Initiate and follow up on purchase orders (POs), approvals, and budget allocations.

  • Track actual spend against budgets and identify unused funds for repurposing.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and remove process roadblocks.

  • Maintain oversight of financial reporting using Excel and PowerBI.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or related roles.

  • Proven experience managing budgets of $100M or more.

  • Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerBI for financial analysis and reporting.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, large-scale environments.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ownership of outcomes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or engineering.

  • Experience with budgets exceeding $200M.

  • History of improving financial processes or systems to increase efficiency.

Compensation + Benefits

  • This is a salaried (exempt) position with an anticipated annual pay of $68,800 -- $90,300.
