Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing, writing, and optimizing CNC programs to support the production of precision components. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machinery, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and a passion for producing high-quality work.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machining operations.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
  • Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials to achieve optimal machining results.
  • Optimize programs to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Perform test runs and inspect first articles to verify program accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining and programming issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setups, and process improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest CNC technology and best practices.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associates degree in machining, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
