Service Focus: Pathways Work Internship & Program Infrastructure

Position Summary

The AmeriCorps Member will support capacity-building efforts within the Pathways Work Internship Program and related youth workforce initiatives. This position strengthens employer partnerships, intern support systems, and program data tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with volunteer and student communication
• Help organize intern onboarding materials and tracking tools
• Maintain internship participation and progress logs
• Support tracking of pay, paystubs, and timecards
• Support development of job-readiness resources
• Assist with program data collection and reporting systems
• Support evaluation and feedback tools to improve program effectiveness

Capacity Building Impact

This role improves systems, partnerships, and tracking processes that allow more youth to be served through sustainable workforce development programming.
