Grounds & Community Environment Support Assistant

Position Summary

The Grounds & Community Environment Support Assistant will assist in maintaining the safety, accessibility, and appearance of Peppers Ranch's 240-acre campus. Outdoor environments play a critical role in recreational programming, equine therapy, gardening, and community-building activities central to youth development and trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal grounds maintenance
• Support upkeep of walking paths, recreational areas, and common outdoor spaces
• Support garden preparation and maintenance activities
• Assist with campus beautification and environmental projects
