Title and Authority

The position will be known as Database Administrator for Rebuilding Together Oklahoma City (RTOKC). The Database Administrator reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing the Zoho (Customer Relationship Management & Books) system to ensure data integrity and optimize performance. Key duties include cleaning data, generating reports, staff training, integrating platforms and automating workflows

Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration: Configure the CRM platform to meet business needs, including managing user access, roles, and security permissions.

Data Integrity & Management: Perform regular data audits, merge duplicate records, and maintain data cleanliness.

System Integration: Manage data imports, exports, and integrate the CRM with other software systems.

Reporting & Analytics: Develops queries, dashboards, and reports for donor segmentation, fundraising, and campaigns.

Strategy: Collaborates with teams to define data needs and improve workflows.

Support & Training: Provide technical support to users and create documentation to train staff on CRM usage.

Hours and Compensation

The position is a part-time position. The Database Administrator will be expected to work on average 20 hours per week during office hours. Normal office hours are flexible but are generally Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm and 9am to Noon on Friday, with breaks for lunch as necessary. The living allowance is $400.00 biweekly.

Holidays

RTOKC observes holidays as days off - Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day + Friday, Christmas Day and New Years Day. When a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the preceding Friday or following Monday, respectively, shall be designated holidays unless otherwise advised. The office is closed for five days between Christmas and New Years Day.

Required Skills

Effective communication, practical knowledge of construction, budgeting, cost estimation, materials forecasting, problem solving, ability to organize projects and events, ability to interface with the public, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, CRM experience, schedule-fluidity.

Experience: Proven experience with specific CRM platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Blackbaud.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of database management, data hygiene, and SQL or analytical tools. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data trends and transform them into actionable insights.

Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to liaise between technical teams and Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

This role acts as the bridge between technology and business goals, ensuring the CRM system drives efficiency and supports customer relationship strategies.
