As the Restaurant Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of both front- and back-of-house. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and team efficiency. You'll play a key role in recipe development, inventory control, and ensuring proper labeling and compliance procedures are followed. This is a leadership role with growth potential as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations , including FOH and BOH
- Manage and maintain inventory, including ordering and waste control
- Assist in recipe development and execution to maintain consistency and quality
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance
- Process payroll and ensure labor compliance
- Implement and maintain proper labeling and food safety procedures
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting and reporting
- Support marketing efforts and community involvement
- Foster a team environment and mentor staff toward excellence and advancement
Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant management or leadership experience
- Strong inventory and cost control skills
- Experience with recipe creation and kitchen systems
- Knowledge of payroll systems and scheduling software
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- High attention to detail, especially in labeling, compliance, and cleanliness
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to grow with the company and contribute to its long-term success
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
