German Customer Support Advisor
Our client is looking for a skilled representative to help support their clients in the following area:
Role: Customer Support (Social Media, chat & email)
Location: Oriente – Lisbon - Work from home (May be expected to work from home for a limited time.)
Hours open: Monday to Sunday - 24h
Language Required: Native German + English B2
Salary: Basic per month (14 months), Meal allowance per day +performance Bonus + Language bonus + Complexity bonus
Contract type: 6-month fixed contract
Role Description:
• Help the clients: booking, doubts, upgrades, and rescheduling
• 90% of the clients are Americans so the agents need also to speak English fluently (85% score minimum)
• 80% Chat, but they can receive some call or emails
• Help the clients with doubts, upgrades, rescheduling and last-minute requests
• If needed, call to the hotels explaining the client demands
• Will assist customers and hotel partners via phone regarding customer bookings, and customer demands
Role Requirements:
• Great communication skills via email, chat and all other correspondence
• Exceptional problem solving skills
