  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and evaluate top talent based on their qualifications and fit for our organization
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and referring top talent for open positions


  • Develop and maintain relationships with your professional network and connections to identify potential candidates for our organization
  • Screen potential candidates and evaluate their qualifications and fit for open positions
  • Refer qualified candidates to our Talent Team for further consideration
  • Manage candidate referrals through the recruiting process, providing updates and feedback to both candidates and our recruiting team
  • Provide feedback and insights to our recruiting team on the effectiveness of the referral program and potential improvements to enhance the program
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations


  • This is a remote, independent contractor position
  • Contract length and compensation will be discussed during the interview process
  • Contractors will be responsible for their taxes and expenses
