About the Role:

Join our team as a Client Support Coordinator, supporting clients by organizing vacation planning details and maintaining structured coordination processes in a remote environment. In this role, you will assist with managing itinerary components, coordinating reservations, and ensuring that all planning information is clearly documented and easy to follow. Your primary focus will be maintaining organization, accuracy, and consistency across all administrative aspects of the planning process.

You will assist with organizing vacation arrangements that may include accommodations, transportation, and scheduled activities. Many plans require coordination across multiple confirmations and timelines, so attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative workflows efficiently are essential. You will help ensure that all booking information is accurate and properly aligned within each itinerary.

You will also support communication by organizing updates, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all planning information is accessible and up to date. Monitoring progress and maintaining organized systems will be key responsibilities in this role.

This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who enjoy administrative organization, structured workflows, and supporting planning operations. Training is provided.
