Business Development Manager
Glasgow | Full-time | Lead Generation
The role
Youll be responsible for driving outbound activity, qualifying prospects, and handing over leads to client sales teams. Youll work as part of a small team and be supported to improve and progress in your role.
Key responsibilities
Research and prepare data for outreach
Contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Speak with senior decision makers to understand their needs
Record key insights and update CRM systems
Qualify leads and pass them to client sales teams
What were looking for
Sales or lead generation experience (ideally B2B or enterprise)
Confident speaking to senior stakeholders and decision makers
Familiar with CRM tools and LinkedIn
Clear, professional communication style
Self-motivated, with a track record of hitting targets

Short solo video interview (4 questions)
Final face-to-face interview(s) with the Route to Market team (12 stages)
