Business Development Manager

Glasgow | Full-time | Lead Generation

The role

Youll be responsible for driving outbound activity, qualifying prospects, and handing over leads to client sales teams. Youll work as part of a small team and be supported to improve and progress in your role.

Key responsibilities

  • Research and prepare data for outreach

  • Contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Speak with senior decision makers to understand their needs

  • Record key insights and update CRM systems

  • Qualify leads and pass them to client sales teams

What were looking for

  • Sales or lead generation experience (ideally B2B or enterprise)

  • Confident speaking to senior stakeholders and decision makers

  • Familiar with CRM tools and LinkedIn

  • Clear, professional communication style

  • Self-motivated, with a track record of hitting targets

Interview process

  1. Call with a consultant from Reel Recruit

  2. Short solo video interview (4 questions)

  3. Final face-to-face interview(s) with the Route to Market team (12 stages)
