The role
A senior position within the sales team, focused on supporting the continued growth of a leading platform in the recruitment space. Youll sell into recruitment agencies, managing your own deals from first contact through to close.
- Owning the full sales cycle from outreach to signed contract
- Delivering tailored product demos
- Prospecting and building your own pipeline
- Forecasting accurately and updating CRM regularly
- Helping improve internal sales processes
- Handover new clients smoothly to onboarding
- Creating your own territory mapping and target lists
- Managing key partnerships and building strong relationships
What you'll need
- SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR or recruitment-related tech
- Experience with ATS, CRM, RMS or Payments software is a big plus
- A consultative approach solving real hiring problems
- Strong empathy genuinely care about improving how customers work
- A fast learner new features roll out weekly
- A strong storyteller can explain solutions with real-life examples that land
