Business Development Manager Hybrid, Glasgow Office


Professional Solutions + SaaS | Outbound Sales | £32K base / £70K+ OTE

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join a growing team in Glasgow. This is a full 360 outbound role where you'll own the sales process from first touch to close. If you're commercially minded, proactive, and serious about building a sales career, this is a strong move.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and managing your own outbound pipeline via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and content

  • Running tailored demos for SME and enterprise prospects

  • Closing deals and managing your own sales targets

  • Keeping your pipeline organised and accurate in the CRM

  • Working alongside marketing to align on messaging and content

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years' B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a professional services environment

  • Strong outbound sales skills including cold calling and social selling

  • Confident presenting and running sales demos

  • Self-starter with ambition, energy, and accountability

  • Based near Glasgow and happy to be in the office three days a week
