Junior Desktop support role


End User Support:

  • Answer Helpdesk tickets and phone requests for technical assistance
  • Install, configure and maintain software applications on user computers
  • Maintain, configure and deploy Windows PCs (Mac computers a plus)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user technical issues (remote and onsite)
  • Install, configure and maintain mobile devices – Android, iPhone
  • Maintain inventory and relevant documentation

Systems Administration:

  • Maintain User Accounts in Office 365
  • Participate in deployments and rollouts of software and hardware
  • Business Continuity Services: Assist with Backup and Security Operations
  • Basic Network and Firewall Management
  • Basic Client Management


  • Windows 10
  • MacOS
  • Microsoft Office Desktop Applications
  • Workstation hardware fundamentals
  • Remote Support Tools and Ticketing Systems
  • AntiVirus, AntiSPAM and AntiMalware Applications
  • Microsoft 365 User Administration
  • Experience installing and configuring printers, and other peripherals
  • Mobile Devices iOS/Android
  • Basic Windows Server 2016 + and Active Directory
  • Basic Firewalls and VPNs
  • Basic understanding of Backup Systems
  • Basic understanding of Cloud-based storage solutions
  • Basic understanding of Web Hosting (monitor, maintain, and backup) VBA, advanced excel and python is a huge plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 per year + Quarterly Performance Bonus
