Your key responsibilities

  • You will have already achieved outstanding professional success and are a seasoned manager/senior manager with experience:
  • Managing the entire life cycle of your projects from project planning to successful delivery, ensuring high quality deliverables within time and budget, and monitoring risks
  • Integrating with other service line leads in large scale transformation programs, providing guidance and supporting the transformation office
  • Working with senior leadership and executives to create alignment in order to support program success
  • Delivering large scale and strategic projects, demonstrating high levels of technical and professional knowledge, contributing to deliverables and work products (e.g., writing reports or facilitating workshops)
  • Delivering projects in one or more of the capacities below:
    • Organisational change management and training programs in large business transformation contexts, including strategy changes, multiple process changes, and technology implementations
    • HR transformation programs
    • Organizational design mandates, including workforce optimization or business transformation enablement
    • Future of work programs
    • Culture transformations, Diversity Equity and Inclusion programs, and leadership and coaching programs
  • Leading delivery teams of 2-10 people, providing direction and coaching
  • Providing career counselling to 1 to 5 people

Managers and senior managers will have similar responsibilities in their day-to-day work; however, senior managers might be responsible of larger and/or a greater number of projects. In addition, senior managers are expected to contribute more to internal activities such as staffing and growth strategies and will have business development targets.

  • Ability to model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to meet client business priorities and achieve high-quality deliverables within expected timeframes
  • Skills in developing long-term relationships and networks with the client as well as with other  team members across all practices to serve client need
  • Understanding of  and its service lines, and ability to assess/present ways to serve clients and generate new business opportunities
  • Experience with monitoring progress, managing risk, and ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed about progress, expected outcomes and expectations of service
  • Understanding of financial modeling and budgeting for consulting projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (knows when to lead, when to follow and when to deliver), paired with an eagerness to engage in tactical execution when needed to support the team
  • Willingness to provide constructive on-the-job feedback/training while fostering an innovative and team-oriented work environment
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to multiple project deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in both French and English
  • Intellectual curiosity to stay on top of industry and market trends, ability to think outside of the box, thrive on new challenges
  • Strong work ethic
  • Flexibility and ability to travel, travel is estimated at 30%

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A Bachelor degree and/or Master's degree with an emphasis on Business, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology
  • 5-10+ years of progressively responsible roles in management and/or consulting
  • A proven record of exposure to various people-focused projects in areas such as organisational change management, human resources or business transformation
  • Experience providing francophone-only advisory services in any people-focused project

Ideally, youll also have

  • 3+ years of consulting experience in People Consulting, Strategy, or Business Transformation
