Position Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. Responsible for handling customer inquiries, tracking shipments, coordinating internally, and ensuring accurate, efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for customer inquiries (phone & email)
  • Provide shipment updates and order status
  • Enter and manage data in TMS accurately
  • Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and carriers
  • Resolve issues
  • Maintain professional communication
  • Support documentation, billing, and tracking
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service experience (logistics/3PL preferred)
  • Experience with TruckMate is an asset.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
