Position Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. Responsible for handling customer inquiries, tracking shipments, coordinating internally, and ensuring accurate, efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for customer inquiries (phone & email)
- Provide shipment updates and order status
- Enter and manage data in TMS accurately
- Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and carriers
- Resolve issues
- Maintain professional communication
- Support documentation, billing, and tracking
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications - 3+ years of customer service experience (logistics/3PL preferred)
- Experience with TruckMate is an asset.
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
