HVAC Technician

Were looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, youll handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings, including high-rise condominiums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair HVAC and refrigeration piping systems.
• Perform start-up and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on a wide range of HVAC equipment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site regarding service and maintenance updates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of service performed.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean, organized, and in safe working condition.
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and relevant codes.

Qualifications:

• Valid 313A Refrigeration License.
• Valid G1 Gas Fitter license (preferred).
• Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Trades/STO.
• Proven experience working on high-rise condominium HVAC systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications (required).
• Valid Class G Drivers License with a clean driving record.
