We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our client to manage shipments, logistics, and timely delivery across their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from order to delivery.
  • Arrange transportation for inbound and outbound shipments, including booking carriers and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Track shipments, address delays, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and invoices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business needs.
  • Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle and resolve issues related to damaged goods, delays, or transportation errors.
  • Maintain logistics reports, KPIs, and records in company systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping processes, freight regulations, and documentation.
  • Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
