Sr. Executive ISM

Position: Executive/ Senior Executive ISM

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the Marine, Occupational Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality functions.
• Conduct vessel internal audits related to the company's SMS in compliance with the ISM, ISPS and MLC.
• Monitor monthly QHSE meeting minutes from all vessels and handle enquiries regarding QHSE Standards. 
• Source for vendors, request for quotations and make recommendations.
• Prepare purchase requisition and purchase orders. Update purchasing records, data and pricing into our inventory system. Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers. 
• Ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor the status of existing orders. Manage inventory levels and take corrective action when needed. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate
  
• 4+ years' of experience from shipping background

Salary: AED7,000
