Position: Aircraft Mechanic

Remas Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. Candidate will start as a temp on a full-time, to permanent basis.  As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

Responsibilities:

•  Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft according to manufacturer's specifications and company policies
• Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft and identify any potential issues or defects
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
•  Repair or replace faulty components using hand and power tools
• Perform engine and airframe maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
• Stay up to date with industry developments and advancements in aircraft technology
• Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Mechanic
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
