Job Overview:

As an Admissions Representative, you will be responsible for recruiting and enrolling students for our various programs. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential students and their families, providing them with information about our programs and assisting them with the enrollment process. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct informational interviews with potential students to determine their educational goals and interests

- Provide accurate and detailed information about our programs, admissions process, and financial aid options

- Follow up with prospective students to answer any questions and address any concerns they may have

- Assist students with the enrollment process, including completing applications and gathering necessary documentation

- Maintain accurate and organized student records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students

- Participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs and high school visits, to promote our programs and attract potential students

- Meet or exceed enrollment goals set by the company

- Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively market our programs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Previous experience in admissions or sales is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with potential students

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate potential students' schedules

- Passion for education and helping others achieve their career goals

- Bilingual skills are a plus
