Technical Content Manager (AI and SEO)

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring exceptional customer experiences? We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated Technical Content Manager to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be instrumental in owning our entire content pipeline across course, questions, interview guides, and SEO optimized blogs. You will be maintaining the highest standards for customer-facing content, aligning it seamlessly with our brand identity and company benchmarks as well as overall strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and insights to come up with our content strategy, new verticals for expansion, and overall growth opportunities across the entire funnel from blog posts to in-product conversions.
• Maintaining and assuring content quality and prioritizing content that drives business outcomes
• Manage a team across content operations and subject matter experts to deliver customer facing content across blog posts and product content to hit quarterly benchmarks and goals.
• Build processes to automate and streamline the content creation process across marketing and product content using AI workflows and data.
• Manage SEO and blog posts and run experiments to improve click through rate and rankings.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of on-page SEO and technical SEO
• High level of familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering to generate content and automate workflows.
• Strong technical writing and synthesizing skills.
• Intermediate skills within one or more of Excel, Airtable, SQL, and Python required.
• Nice to have previous experience in building dashboards in Excel, Streamlit, Tableau, etc
• General knowledge of data science, data analytics, engineering, tech, etc
• Ambitious, growth mindset, looking to dominate in this role and make sure the trains run on time. Always finding new ways to improve things. Not receiving work. Having the mindset that the reward for good work is more work.
• Previous experience in the ed-tech or education industry is nice
