Role: Finance Ops & Reporting Specialist

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

Training: Monday to Friday - 12:00 am to 9:00 am Philippine Time 

After Training: Monday to Friday - 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Philippine Time

Work Setup: WFO (Office-based)| San Fernando, Pampanga 


Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Finance Operations & Reporting Specialist to support a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in finance, analytics, or operations who excels in data management, spreadsheets, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable learning financial software, and able to collaborate professionally with advisors on goals, metrics, and results.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Data & Spreadsheet Management 

  • Organize, maintain, and submit detailed spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy 
  • Review data for consistency, errors, and completeness.
  • Assist in preparing recurring and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders

Financial Software & Model Support 

  • Learn and assist with building and updating financial models within proprietary software Input, manage, and validate data used for planning and performance tracking 
  • Support ongoing improvements to workflows and reporting processes

Advisor Support & Communication 

  • Communicate directly with advisors to gather information and clarify needs 
  • Assist advisors in setting performance goals and tracking progress 
  • Pull, analyze, and distribute reporting related to advisor metrics and outcomes 
  • Participate in open, professional conversations around results and opportunities for improvement

Process & Operations 

  • Help streamline reporting and submission processes 
  • Maintain organized documentation and standardized templates Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Qualifications: 

  • Background in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, or related field 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (formulas, organization, accuracy) 
  • High level of attention to detail and data integrity 
  • Comfortable learning and navigating new software systems 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
