Primary Function

We are seeking a Senior Video Editor to lead high-quality, purpose-driven post-production for documentary content, cinematic event highlights, branded campaigns, and engaging social media reels. This is a fully remote position with collaborative teamwork and the opportunity to create stories that inspire change.

Duties & Responsibilities

Post-Production Leadership

• Report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with in-house/external media personnel.
• Oversee editing workflows from raw footage assembly to final delivery, including color grading, titling, and sound design.

Content Creation & Editing

• Produce compelling videos across documentary, event, branded, and social media formats.
• Apply strong narrative instinct, emotional pacing, and artistic precision.

Technical Workflow Management

• Perform multi-cam sync across LOG, RAW, and be able to handle 10-bit footage.
• Manage audio post-production, including dialogue cleanup and ambient sound layering.
• Use MASV, Frame.io, and cloud collaboration effectively.

Quality Control

• Meet all deadlines and follow through on commitments.
• Accept and integrate feedback constructively.
• Maintain consistent quality and storytelling depth.

Qualifications / Experience

• 3-5+ years of professional editing experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong narrative and pacing skills.
• Bonus: Motion graphics, VFX, 2.5D experience.
• Formal media training is an asset, but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethic & reliability to team members.
