Role Overview:

  • 
  • A creative and organized Marketing Communications & Content Creator who supports marketing and sales through the development of high-quality content and sales materials. The role manages digital content and brand communications across multiple channels, ensuring consistency with brand standards and business goals.

    The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different platforms while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


    Sales & Technical Documentation

    • Create materials, documents, and presentations to support the sales team.
    • Develop technical documentation and specification sheets for architects, builders and other project specifiers.
    • Create and manage Continuing Professional Development (CPD) presentations and oversee accreditation processes for architect


    Social Media

    • Plan, create, and publish organic social content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Houzz, YouTube, and Pinterest.
    • Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visual identity and channel best practice.

    Email Marketing 

    • Create and manage email communications to the customer database:
      Wine offers and alerts
      Targeted communication highlighting new products, projects etc.
      Automated email flows to nurture leads and existing customers.

    Website Content

    • Produce SEO and AIO focused content such as blogs and FAQs.
    • Create and update website content including project features, case studies and new products.
    • Create and manage lead generation assets such as eBooks and other downloadable resources.

    Events

    • Create event related materials including brochures, invitations and other supporting collateral.
    • Design and manage production of signage, banners and display materials.


    Point of Sale (POS) & Showrooms

    • Manage the creation of point-of-sale materials including apparel, tissue paper, business cards and other branded items.
    • Oversee showroom signage and visual consistency.

    Imagery & Asset Management

    • Source imagery from supplier portals, partners, and other approved sources.
    • Obtain approvals for image usage where required and manage proper filing and asset organization.
    • Commission, brief, and project manage new photography and visual content.

    Design & Brand Support

    • Ensure all company communications adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Create and maintain presentation and document templates.
    • Creation and management of email signatures and branded assets.
    • Manage Christmas and holiday messaging across web, email signatures, and showroom environments.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • 2–4+ years experience in a marketing communications role including:
    • Extensive experience designing and producing materials such as sales brochures and point of sale.
    • Extensive experience creating and implementing in market content for websites, email and social media.
    • Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proficient in social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest.
    • Experience using WordPress and HubSpot.
    • Experience driving SEO and AIO and content performance.
    • Experience working within premium or lifestyle brands where tone, restraint and consistency are critical.
    • Strong written English with proven ability to produce brand-safe content.
    • Previous experience working offshore with English-speaking companies (AU, UK or US preferred).
    • Ability to work independently with Australia-based teams.
