Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 8:00 pm to 5:00 am Philippine time
Work Setup: Work Onsite (San Fernando, Pampanga)
Position Overview
We are a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Injury & Treatment Records Manager to join our team. This role is essential to the development and management of our clients' injury claims by ensuring that injuries, medical treatment, and healthcare providers are accurately documented and monitored throughout the life of each case.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, empathy when interacting with injured clients, and a solid understanding of medical terminology and treatment commonly associated with personal injury cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review case files to develop a comprehensive understanding of the incident, injuries, treatment history, and current case status.
- Conduct Injury and Treatment Update calls with clients every 30–60 days, or more frequently as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that all injuries, symptoms, medical providers, and treatments are properly identified and documented.
- Enter medical provider information, treatment details, and case updates into the firm's case management system.
- Request medical and billing records from healthcare providers through the case management platform.
- Track outstanding records requests and follow up to ensure timely receipt.
- Verify that all treatment providers have been identified and that medical records remain complete and current.
- Provide attorneys and case managers with accurate treatment summaries and case status updates.
- Assist with file management, calendaring, and other case administration tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with compassion and professionalism when working with injured clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to review and analyze medical treatment histories and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and timely follow-through.
- Strong case-tracking and follow-up capabilities.
Medical Knowledge Requirements:
Candidates should have a general understanding of personal injury-related medical treatment, including the following:

Technical Requirements:
Required Proficiency:
- Adobe Acrobat

- Legal case management software such as Clio, Needles, or similar platforms
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize firm-specific workflows and case management procedures.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working in a personal injury law firm.
- Experience managing medical records and billing records.
- Experience communicating directly with injured clients.
- Familiarity with obtaining, organizing, and maintaining medical records.
- Understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle, from intake through settlement or litigation.
