Job Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting our suite of bookkeeping services. Your goal is to understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultations for bookkeeping services.
• Deliver compelling presentations and communicate the value of our offerings.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and track activities in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, pricing, and industry trends.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in professional services, finance, or B2B environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping, accounting, or financial terminology is a plus.
• Comfortably using CRM tools and other sales technology.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
