Role: Customer Service and Sales Representative
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 6:00am - 3pm Philippine time
Work Setup: WFO - San Fernando, Pampanga (near SM Telebastagan)


We're looking for a confident, high-energy, and sharp-tongued customer service & sales representative to be the front line of Australia's boldest car removal brand. You'll be quoting customers, answering calls, messages, and emails, and locking in jobs with a sense of urgency and clarity. Think of yourself as the right-hand to the boss because every customer is a Boss in our world



Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, text messages, emails, and web enquiries from customers
• Quote customers based on internal pricing tools and guidelines
• Organise pickup jobs by liaising with internal dispatch systems or team
• Handle follow-ups, confirmations, and post-job communication
• Build rapport and close deals confidently we dont chase, we lead
• Respond to objections and queries with tact and a no-funny-business tone
• Record and manage leads and sales activities via CRM (if required)
• Work closely with the Australian team and adapt to the tone and branding of CarDeath

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent spoken and written English must sound confident, clear, and natural
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (phone/email/text)
• Strong quoting and negotiation skills you know how to close without pushiness
• Attention to detail every quote and job must be 100% accurate
• High emotional intelligence can read a situation and adjust tone/style accordingly
• Think sales with flair
• Proficient with web-based tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, JustCall, Podium, etc.
