Role: Clicker Agent (HCI)

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary

Work set up: Work From Office

Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m. Philippine Time

Responsibilities / Job Duties:

• Hours of operations is 7am CTS till 7pm CST (Monday thru Friday).
• Agents will need to log in TCN telephony as HCI clicker.
• As dialog box appear with a phone number to initiate call, click OK to initiate call.
• HCI clickers by clicking OK on dial box, initiates call to customer for employees on TCN dialer.
• HCI clicker agents will not need to speak with any customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school completion.
• Ability to log in TCN telephony and click OK on a dialog box to initiate call.
• No voice needed for the position.
