Role: Conversions Associate

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:30PM to 6:30AM, Philippine time

Work Setup: WFH



Responsibilities:

• Process and track retirement plan payroll contribution files while onboarding new plans.
• Review Plan conversion setups and investment changes in Relius.
• Research and resolve contribution and technical issues.
• Service existing and new clients during the implementation process, including a full range of administrative and operational support services to Plan Sponsors via email and phone.
• Complete special projects and reports, as assigned, accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel.
• Proficient in English; both verbal and written skills
• Project Management experience
• Relius experience (preferred)
• Retirement Industry experience (preferred)
